Several recommendations suggest the transaction costs of liquidating are greater than the on market discount to NTA so you effectively loose.
If there are greater plans being hatched for the residual holdings I would like to know it before the board is changed. If the new board's main plan is to only partially liquidate and not windup, what is the long term plan? If they represent a holding that wants to fully withdraw, in what manner are they going to manage the interests of the residual holders?
