Actually we all know that Australia has a revenue problem, but the right will never admit to it.
Spending has already been cut except for the submarines which are electoral pork barreling for Chrissy Pyne.
Now the government needs to reverse the taxation changes put in place mostly by the Howard government.
All the concessions and rebates introduced for the benefit of the very wealthy should be removed.
And of course the multi-nationals prevented from profit shifting.
But how is that going to happen when we have half the parliament owning negatively geared houses and a wealthy PM with his money in a Cayman Island bank account?
