Just did a quick google search on IOT Group USA LLC. Lots of ads for logistics job there popped up saying they are us distributor. Mmm wasn't top tech?? For ROVA only? And Bryan Corlett is CEO now of IOT (salary? Full time? CEO of Both?), so what does/did the exclusive Top Tech arrangement cover? IOT only own 30% of IOT Group USA - what are the selling arrangements? AEE to Iot Group USA to retailer? The chain of title and where the margin lands will be interesting.... Plus sales agents costs...
And Top Tech and IOT USA share an Officer (US term for snr exec) who is not Corlett but featured in the prospectus. All on google so DYOR.
