Because i cant see the company has the correct skills for Finance and BOAs in China it cant take 5 months to deal a contract in a market we are told is in a structual oversupply doesnt make sense....
October,December, February and now im calling March missed deadline. Only company i know that has missed so many deadlines promised to SH
