The really interesting part of this announcement is the fact that Syrah management is prepared to endure the embarrassment of delaying a much-heralded review.
What can we read into that? It has to mean that the size of this MOU, and the probability of it becoming a firm contract, are both so great as to make the content of any discussion about the future of the company almost meaningless.
In short, management are saying that this deal is a genuine game-changer. I like that!
