Nearly all Cap Raises are successful, in fact I don't remember one that wasn't, so 2 and possibly 1 are what to expect this morning. Option 1 is sort of irrelevant as it is a rare CR that isn't oversubscribed. Being oversubscribed does not tell much about the future direction of the share price. It just tells you about the pricing of the offer.
Just remember that the new shares can't be traded for a few days until all the details are sorted.
On another topic, Marcus Padley may have left lots on the table by exiting early and forgoing profit but the worst actual mistakes I've made over the years [rather than the theoretical calculation of foregone profit] have been the other way - i.e. hanging on to shares that I should've exited much, much earlier. Some of them have gone to zero. That isn't a comment about NUH. Just sayin' is all. I'm still investing but I have some strict rules now. Even so it's still a minefield and I still get blindsided and whipsawed. You will be too.
