it would have been impossible for zyl management to cater for all shareholders in the spp. nick sikiotis told me from the very beginning it was going to be a case of first in first serve. only 30% of the existing shares on issue were able to be offered legally, around 4000 holders on the books, if everyone applied for their maximum entitlement it would have worked out to be around 300% existing shares on issue. what were the options? a rights issue? then the number 1 shareholder, mr pallister would have been given preference and the company would have sailed off into the sunset under the qtk banner....
imho the spp has given us all an opportunity to buy on market. lap it up while you can, i have and my current holdings are now over half a million.
