Another OBJ groundhog day anti-announcement. Bodyguard was supposed to have been commercialised last year. Now it's back to potential, possibility, development, and studies again.

The ann just says they have a manufacturer who might distribute in some areas one day. This agreement will reduce negotiating ability with other partners because this partner has first right of refusal regarding manufacturing. In that regard, it looks a bit desperate - committing a large part of the process to one partner who only might distribute "in certain markets".
