As i mentioned yesterday, I work in a very process driven area. In matters of Law, Commerce, Commercial Agreements, etc, the processes are linear, meaning that you progress from one point to the next, unable (usually) to skip or bypass.

Whilst AVQ have been greasing the wheels for the subsequent steps in the process, they're still stuck at a point until the SIG provide the approval.

In short, assuming the approval from SIG to go ahead (and all data point point to this being the case), the rest of the steps in the linear process will be completed without delay or issue.

Trolls and Down-rampers, please try and understand this, and if you have further trouble, I would refer you back to the announcement from AVQ today which covers everything.
