• Large Pharma/multi-nationals interested in distributing BodyGuard products indicated they were not interested in manufacturing the products and asked OBJ to engage a suitable manufacturer. This Agreement provides the manufacturing solution that the other prospective distributors required.

• This collaboration agreement surrounds manufacturing with non-exclusive rights to distribute – OBJ intends to partner (and is still in discussions as disclosed previously) with several multi-nationals regarding distribution across different product fields i.e. OTC pharmaceutical related products through to specific sports related products.

• It is likely that this international manufacturer/distributer would be interested in manufacturing and co-developing OBJ's other platform technologies, e.g. Surface Hygiene is a logical candidate.

• This Agreement is another example of OBJ's ability to negotiate and execute agreements with world leading, multi-national corporations.

• The progression of the BodyGuard platform further diversifies OBJ's product pipeline. With one product currently in market (Wave SK-II Eye Wand/Olay Eye Wand) and the anticipated release of two more products this calendar year (Wave II & III under the P&G relationship), OBJ is positioning itself to have a whole suite of products in market, providing multiple revenue streams.

• Baker Young believes that OBJ's other programs and commercial goals, as detailed at the AGM and in the recent half year report, all remain on track with the company to update the market as and when they are able to.

This bit strikes me as odd as it was not mentioned in today's announcement.

'the anticipated release of two more products this calendar year (Wave II & III under the P&G relationship).

I wasn't aware that we were all anticipating a Wave III launch this calendar year. Anybody else?
