Its generally bad for the share price especially in the short term, no matter how maligned the bid may have been.
That's why the share price has been falling for the last three days.
The fact that 6c is holding fast would tend to indicate they have lined up a reasonable sized fund to take on the QTK connections' interests off their hands, plus any traders who signed up in the middle of the bid process.
