I think we all need to realise that this broker data is incomplete - it does not include Chi-X traded volume. Chi-X represents a significant proportion of the days total volume.
Also, I came to the realisation that any possible substantial holder will use intermediaries to accumulate stock, thus impossible to track/identify this accumulation occurring. I spent a significant amount of time on this broker data, as well as data-matching to the share register.
For these reasons, I gave up tracking the broker data. I do appreciate your efforts to continue posting this data
