I have done deals with Chinese entities before and they have worked well. (Mineral type deals). I also know of Australian people that work for large Chinese entities and they have been quite successful. Unfortunately we only ever hear of the deals that go pear shaped. The good deals are deemed un-newsworthy by the media. I am not suggesting that we look to CNOOC for Far in SNE but just trying to add balance to your question.
