Qin owns 3500 hectares of trees
the rest is owned by MIS and insto. they would need to be a whole other deal for ownership.
KKR purchased the elders sandalwood of 1700 hectares for $70M. that's around $40k per hectare
If they only see the value in the Qin owned timber at a similar price it would be $140M or 0.37c per share
