Well, it could be that the company, with more detailed knowledge of its current assets than us mere shareholders, is playing its cards very close to its chest at the moment to avoid takeover before all hoops between the split off have been jumped through.

Someone on this thread commented that the split off would help avoid a takeover of TRF.

If the U results are in fact very very good, I'd be keeping mum about them at this stage also.
