Looking at the chart it is to early to say if It had broken out of the downwed trend yet. It does look like it has hit the bottom of the trading range over a the short term. Could I recommend maybe looking at the d+ and the d- indicator to see if they show a buy signal yet? If it is in a turn around now , looks like there a bit of money if to be made. Going to add to my watch list.
