They're very good points, and are highly possible scenarios. I have considered such obstacles within the announcements.
From Ann 14th March - "The appropriate rig has been identified by Grimshaw and is "available" and ground conditions are good."
I may be to used to the efficiency of drilling companies in Australia. The US may be different.
I'll leave it here as I don't want to sound like im ramping. As you said, I'm possibly being to literal.
