There are many different indicators to use- that one looks quite complicated to calculate-
I suspect it probably mimics the RSI indicator-
However if you trawl around and read different things from a lot of experienced gurus - there is often a common theme - Keep it simple- I have found seems to be the general conclusion imo

My preferred method overall is WYKOFF- and reading charts one bar at a time- VSA is also an important tool for me- it takes a while to learn how to interpret volume - a lot of people see big volume as only a good thing- to me it depends on the context-
The thing here is that the FA potential is all coming together in line with anticipated newsflow- that is if you have looked into this company - it was a great trading stock last year- so there are many watchers waiting for it to turn...
The last two days show a distinct sign of strength- We do need to close above .025 though-
