It doesn't matter what fundamentally happens, what they do, what cash ends up in their bank, what improvement they make to communications, you are going to be negative. It wouldn't have mattered what they announced in regards to SG today, @nrcmedia would have had something negative to say... This is a solid deal and putting cash in the bank when we want it the most is sensible.
