Rule of law/contract law in Tanz could be another factor that effects the outcome.
Dont know much about the place, is it dodgy ?
Swala Tanz still has some exposure to Australian rule of law while 55% of Swala Tanz is held by the SWE Administrator.
They have injected some poison pills into Swala Tanz to counteract this though....
