I agree paulymac. As soon as I have acquired the land and got development approval I will go and dig up the raw materials to make the steel and concrete to construct the building. I find glass pane making hard but I can do it myself so hey why not?

Point is that people want stuff other make so they can do what they do - that's how societies have evolved - everyone has their own speciality.

Me I came in via frigging POK so Buddy is a godsend in comparison. I would never have had this vision Dave has so in time I'm hoping to get lucky here. The biggest concern for me is the number of shares on issue. Gotta make a lot of money to get a $1 divvy
