Hi all

Just an update with regards pricing. I received some feedback from the company with regards the 17.95% and whether ADRC will be on all the new 8269 chips.

With regards the 17.95%, it will be on the sale price ie if it sells for $2 then the price to Xped will be $0.359 BUT this could be a lower figure based on volumes, nothing specific but subject to negotiation with the buyer.

There WILL be 2 versions of the 8269 chip, one with ADRC for customers who request it and one for those who do not want it.
So the key once again is the selling of the benefits of ADRC to the OEMs/ODMs as management have reinterated a number of times, if they want it, it will be made/sold to them.

I am more and more convinced that this will be the same with Intel, no deal as such with Intel but with the OEMs/ODMs that Intel provides chips to. I could be wrong.
