well, what can I say, far be it for me to wave my own flag........but I will!!
this one I nailed again, well almost, so we did get the rest of it, but split it 50/50 with someone else.
Even better, no CR, we got a loan, told you all we could.
I personally think its great and I love this deal, Towner again is showing us and the industry that, well, he's the next Reg Nelson (ex BPT).
Also, backed dated and most of this quarter POO has been at around US$55ish
this is just awesome
