I am liking the sound of condensate rich gas, or a light oil much better the more I think about it. Cliffhead is a bit of a dog -waxy crude with low rf, esps, heated lines for flow assurance etc.
For ARQ, I'd say particularly attractive. If the gas can be processed in their underutilised gas infrastructure and/or marketed by them, then this could be worth more than the 6% is directly to them.
