Oh Yes I see what they are doing, slippery .........
They are writing down the value of all their assets so come time to take over they will offer virtually nothing for the company.
So after the write downs their value per share is down around 2.8 cents.
I wonder who is making these valuations and allowing the write downs.
Time to attend the next AGM and start to throw the questions around the MD and "board"as they have been allowed to do these things with very little scrutiny.
Maybe they just enjoy court cases........
