A look at the T20 here shows Peter Wall has taken a good sized stake in AVD, it appears he has brought family onboard as well. Jason Peterson has also taken a big stake. What do these two guys have in common, Medical Marijuana connections, and probably lots of them.

Not only these two gentlemen with connections to Pot but the Director appointed to the Board in Feb 2016, David Wheeler, was also a Director of TWH....which became AC8. We also have Kenny Capital in the T20 here, a T20 holder of AC8 on re-list.

A look closer at AVD and we realise it is a shell looking for a new undertaking, taken from the company website "The Company is proactively working to identify and review other new projects or asset acquisition opportunities, both within the resources sector and other sectors outside resources"

Now if we were to get super creative we could also make links for a weed transaction based on the region the company have only recently been looking for projects "The Antilles region AVD is targeting for exploration and drilling is split into three areas – The Greater Antilles, The Lesser Antilles and the Central America Antilles. These regions cover the Caribbean islands from Cuba and Jamaica down to Trinidad"
