Was hoping an early licensing deal with Permetrex may have avoided a CR but cash position may have kept a lid on SP running like other MM plays. So a CR of maybe $5 mill may clear the air for the next run up in the SP. Permetrex on its own could be a company maker with the acne and other debilitating skin disorders offering up a mutli facetted biotech play with management having FDA approvals as second nature.
Oh and just a personal opinion of mine is I don't particularly like SPP as they tend to keep a lid on the SP for longer and would be happy to see a straight out placement and next week may offer a small window of opportunity for those not set in what I see as a compelling biotech play over the next 12 months or so.
