    That is so much garbage.
Just another money losing fund manager.
To begin with this futures contract isn't going to be "just another everyday futures contract"
If that je#k fund manager would take a look before talking and read what the NYMEX said,
'The contract will be settled on the spot month-end U3O8 price published by UxC, the exchange added".
Therefore UxC will still have their auction between buyers and sellers of uranium and the NYMEX will use the month end auction spot price for their contract.
The only thing that has changed is that more investors, funds, etc will be able to buy futures on uranium, but the auction process will remain.
You can't have an ordinairy futures contract for uranium as if it was orange juice or Gold.
Orange juice and gold investors can take delivery of their futures contract if they so wish to, which doesn't happen except once in a blue moon, however you can't allow investors or anybody to take delivery of uranium.
For the reasons eveyone knows of course.
Uranium still is, and always will be, a special situation, with a special auction process.
    Just my opinion.
