I agree wholeheartedly that this is a very important vote for holders to take part in and protect their capital and I agree that something must be done now! I simply put up my thoughts for holders to discuss because it was spelt out in the "statement for notice of meeeting" by Chapman talking of his company's fund.
Nothing else in this statement has mentioned any other options of where or what will happen with the cash other than a notion that it should be earnings accreditive quickly, the only option it seemed to mention was the opportunities fund.
I'm certainly not suggesting that is it and nothing else, just throwing a sensible Q out there if this may be on the agenda as holders have the right to know especially as nobody has outlined a strategy or target for the remaining cash apart from looking around!
If I held I'd be asking these Q's and keeping everyone honest and voting out the dishonest ones.
