I wonder will SMMs recent donation have any bearing on the outcome of the potential contempt of court charges in SI?

In the midst of proceedings they have donated a $382,000 waste shredding machine to SI gov, conducted a public handover ceremony and articles have appeared documenting their largesse in local newspapers.
