Big question on AEX is what is the mining cost per pound. CTS will be very low mining cost = at surface and heap leach. CTS also has great exploration upside in this emerging uranium province (which incidentally has been well known for a long time by the Peruvian govt. geos). ATM its a hive of activity with Solex next door, Bear Creek Mining nearby as well as others.

Also AEX management is suspect.

Lots of reasons for the difference if you DYOR although CTS has to be a massive buy right now as a near-term producer if you believe what management is saying.
