They're based on price extensions referenced from the chart.
You guys are hard to please. When I say the SP will go down you get upset. When I say the SP will go up, you get upset.
If you "really do not like these short SP forecasts that are not based on anything." that you can get your head around, then feel free to use the ignore button.
