I'm amazed that BAL didn't sign a contract of some kind with BGA confirming that they would be one of the two brands used for CFDA registration. Without such a contract with a manufacturer, they are in a perilous position and don't really have any alternative but to buy a company that has CNCA certification such as Pack and Blend. I would think buying them for $15m would be seen as a positive for the company. The market likes certainty and that would provide certainty around their CFDA registration.
