If IFCA still wanted to go ahead, they would have signed a new agreement which would come into force on the date that the appeal decision being handed down... this date does not have to be specified, merely nominated as being the date that this event occurs.
Actually, if this was a real deal, that's what the original agreement would have said.
If the decision comes down in CMQ favour, then IFCA will not want to go ahead because they will not be able to get the share of the company that they want. So why was the agreement not conditional upon CMQ losing the appeal? Very strange indeed....
Don't rely on ANYTHING until/if it is announced and signed. Right now, there is no agreement for IFCA funding. Or from anyone else.
