If everything is locked down between landowners and AVQ and SIG then tell me why do we care what SMM is doing, donating or saying? Are the 3 landowner (groups) that were named in the recent court decision now signed up on access agreements with AVQ? Surely AVQ have had time to do that by now and if that has not occurred then is that fatal to the (apparently) impending issue of the licence to AVQ? Has the application been amended to remove those lands? Crickets from the company on this. Does anyone know?
