People have been saying that about Frankganistan for a couple of decades . While it has it's rough areas it has some nicer areas and some nice surrounding suburbs .
Doesn't have the population density of the inner burbs so I don't think it will do a Richmond/Port Melbourme/Williamstown .
I think the addition of Eastlink and the Peninsula link make a lot of difference although the internal roads are behind the growth rate .
The Peninsula is a great area . Beats me why more people don't live there .
