400,000 barrels of oil per day = 2.8 million barrels of oil per week @ $15 margin (on Aus$100 per barrel) = $42 million per week.

Calculate RRS's cash flow based on their take, let's say 15%. Cash flow per week for RRS = $6.3 million ..... for say 48 weeks per

year = $302.4 million cash flow per year.

At a P/E of 10 the market cap would be $3 BILLION ..... THAT'S A 60 BAGGER.

500 million barrels @ US$75 per barrel = US$37.5 BILLION = Aus$50 BILLION

(I'm pretty sure that the four ready to drill oil targets of 500 mmbbls each is not part of the KNOC deal, so RRS's take will be healthier than the 25% ..... but don't quote me. The finer details of the financial arrangements have not been made public)

Then there's the other three ready to drill oil targets @ 500mmbbls each, 2 more oil targets in Block 28 & 29 with KNOC, the off-shore oil, gold, silver, coal, gas, copper, lead, tin in Puntland and the uranium in Peru.

It's got plenty of risk, but potentially the best reward at this stage of any stock I can recall. It's near on impossible to put any sort figure on RRS, you just have to look at what they MAY have.

Hi pbetz, RRS is a buy and hold for mine. I don't wan't to take the risk of trading it, then wake up one morning, having lost my position and finding it's struck oil, gas, found a coal seam, found gold, confirmed a large uranium deposit or whatever!!!

You get my drift.

This is the best potential stock at the stage RRS is at now, that I've ever seen! I don't have the large holdings of some here, but I'm building.

..... is due. Maybe the fighting in Boosaaso is delaying the report, and Range are waiting for it to die down before releasing it. It doesn't appear that there was too much in it due to the lack of follow up news, and the fact that the market did have time to react.

Drilling program and survey for massive & high grade Uranium deposts in Peru will be undertaken when the weather permits.

Four oil prospects of 500mmbbls EACH, and ready to drill will be commenced in Q3 2006.

Time frames for Juniors exploring anything can blow out beyond "infinity"? ..... and time frames for many of the little milestones and links along the way can be put back months for a variety of reasons.

RRS will be no different than the multitudes of others before them. I'm hoping that RRS have the goods (as most juniors don't) as they appear to have. In the scheme of things, unless you are a trader, this is one to hold for the long term and,

Puntland = Aptly named eh?

The risks are substantial to say the least.

The potential is the 2 billion barells of oil supposedly in the ground in four distinct areas. There are press clippings back in the eighties from memory that say "There is no doubt the oil is present" or something along those lines. Plenty of evidence to suggest that research back in the 80's confirmed oil present in these huge numbers.

The reward is massive!! ..... IF

If someone took the time to post why RRS is such a cr@p stock and gave legitimate reasons for it, then you would have a more balanced view than just listening to those with positive views.

I would welcome negative posts on RRS.

The risks are abvoius to me, sovereign risk and getting the oil out of the gorund (assuming its' there) are the main one's I guess. I've not seen any other negatives. The potential is massive.

Seems to be a quite a few unsettling (and unsubstantiated) reports from Puntland regarding the warlords activity.

On the other hand, it's been noted that opposition to government policy (RRS deal) is not actually restricted to Somalia (with the obvious differences of course).

Risk and Delays = good buying opps. If there was anything in these reports. I'm guessing that the SP would be trading @ half of what it is!

Sheeesh, I wasn't going to have a drink tonight, but have just opened the port!!! Contacted RRS twice today and on the first ocassion they said that RRs would be trading tomorrow and the announcement would be positive.

The second time I contacted then, several hours later, they seemed unconvincing as to whether an announcement would be forthcoming tomorrow. I thought nothing of it at the time .....

Don't know what to read into it, but if you believe the management are fair dinkum then ..... sleep well!
