    Just saying optimisation and acceleration isn't new tech. Grab a Riverbed, Bluecoat or Silver Peak device, stick them in a lab and you'll get performance through the roof.

    Go and download wanOS and check it out yourself. It's not hard to achieve the numbers this report is spitting out, especially in a Lab environment! They're not breaking new ground here, hence the "meh"...
