    Optimix, you have shown your inability to read and to face reality. Dont you understand what condition precedents are? Your junior English dictionary may be of help.

    To state the original IFCA deal is not dead is plain stupid or untruthful. The deal do not come into existence when any condition precedent is unfulfilled, how hard is it to understand this simple principle?

    The fact is that IF the appeal goes against CMQ, IFCA will be buying CMQ from the liquidator appointed by the bond holders.

    IF in the unlikely event, CMQ wins the appeal, then IFCA may (IF they are genuine) offer CMQ a financial package that may not reflect what was in the highly suspicious deal.

    Optimix, you should try to get facts right - EVEN IF CMQ wins the appeal, there is nothing to compel the bondholders to redeem the bonds until the maturity date.

    Yes, we know Optimix were spruiking CMQ from $5 down to 5 cents - so what has change?
