but,I look back to what peeps were saying about mama not so long ago.. now a lot of knockers have gone..and I have bags now..
don't worry I havn't left the mother ship - just busy trying to juggle opportunities.. tbh, is a great position to be in, am well versed in both, am up on both, an both are promising further upside.
for now, I see the most value in ANW, and that's where I am putting my mouth money... for now.
Don't worry - I am trying to close a property deal, If I pull it off you will see a solid stance in the buy list for the mother.
until then, ANW is the play because the % return over time is the more attractive, the mother more secure, but slower..
having said that - I would give both up to two years, but over that term, my monies on the mother.
makes no sense ? does to me.
short on ANW (<6 months) long on DGR (2 years).
