Yes CNE is the operator and is run by canny but conservative bunch of Scots who prefer to under promise and over deliver, FAR is run by an aggressive bunch of Aussies who are a junior partner with no other project and trying to keep the horde of impatient holders happy, they plan to over promise and over deliver...
It's likely over time that FAR's figures will be seen as conservative by the way things are going....
