I'll be very disappointed if CNOOC is not involved with an issue at a premium ... say 10 cents. Why have an agreement with CNOOC unless this was discussed. Especially after telling us many times that we are fully funded for 2017. Most of us anticipated a need for funds including Cujo. I still hope that CNOOC is involved and NOT the usual soph . investors who will not hold for long! Like others I anticipate a result from VR1 before Friday and expect the timing of the raising might be closely aligned to that announcement.
