Anyone criticizing this ER at this point either has an agenda, or clearly doesn't understand and shouldn't be in this stock.
If some of you haven't cottoned on yet FAR doesn't have an income. I lives atm by using other peoples money.
Before you turn feral on FAR at least wait and see what their plan is, then perhaps argue that it could have been done a better way.
Everyone was/is aware that FAR will need funding. It is simply the when and how.

I agree this does have a "different" feel about it. The exact timing vis a vis VR1 is intriguing.
I wish also to read into this that no deal has been done with regards to PE! Such deal involving money may have avoided need to ER.

FAR will want to see coffers in healthy position before pulling the trigger.
Contrary to an earlier suggestion, I'm now very luke warm as to placements or cornerstone shareholders that may downstream prevent an open T/O battle for FAR.
FAR will be more valuable with its register wide open.
FAR seems to be in a very strong and strengthening position atm. With the coffers full they will be even stronger.
Of course I hate dilution, especially at what I see as an artificially low price.
Notwithstanding of course that all valuations on FAR include future raising and dilution.
Not dull and boring around here atm. Wouldn't miss it for quids!
In the next few months FAR could:

Be cashed up.
Progressing their 15% of SNE with upgrades, that is getting better and better and bigger and bigger. Now it's described as "enormous". How big will it be?
Have picked up a couple of more blocks.
Couple of nice farm outs.
How about plan to stick a hole in one of the FAN's?
Pull trigger on PE together with Petrosen.
Be within a nats whisker of taking another 21% of SNE and surrounds. (Petrosen 14%).

Could focus the minds of a few of the big boys watching FAR

Nobody likes ER's, but that is how we live atm and if I have the above to look forward to then I will live with it.
Now the timing and VR1 is just so intriguing!
Now let me go break open the piggy bank! See if we can rustle up 10 or 20 bucks!
