Monads companies attract a 30% CGT on all profits and individuals also attract a 30% CGT on profits if sold inside a twelve month period. If sold after holding for twelve months then u will only be taxed on 50% of your profit.Companies will still be taxed at 30% of total profit. That is my understanding but always best to DYOR
