Apologise for this everyone, it will be the last time I reply to CJ. Will put it on ignore after this post.

“The Mt Weld Concentrator is a flotation plant designed to process 240,000 tonnes per annum of ore to produce up to 66,000 tonnes per annum of concentrate containing 26,500 tonnes of REO.

I agree. It is good that it can do this. It is way oversized for the average Mt Weld ore about 10% REO. It is about right for Duncan which is 5% reo.
Mt Weld concentrator was designed and built to process Mt Weld ore. At design rates the amount of ore it processes (240Kt/pa) and the amount of concentrate it produces (66Kt/pa) is synchronised to suit the LAMP requirements which is to process 66Kt/pa of concentrate and produce 22Kt/pa REO at design rates. Your claim that the Mt Weld concentrator is way oversized could not be more further from the truth, is a complete misrepresentation of the facts and is simply a load of BS!

Not sure what % Reo is in deeper ore but based on AL’s statements I expect allot less than 10%.
It is perfectly illustrated in the link aushed already provided. Here it is again.

Unless you think that somehow the REO% in the ground has magically changed since 2008, the info is still very relevant. The problem is its beyond your capabilities to interpret the information correctly.

Now concentration and C&L are going to have to run more as this material is fed in, what is impact on COP?
Not sure how you came to that conclusion but again it could not be more further from the truth, is a complete misrepresentation of the facts and is simply a load of BS!

Please sit back and think what you are saying. Lower Quality in. Same Quality out. No impact to cost. No cost to processing much more raw ore to get same thing out. Lynas can and will do it, but at no cost! You have lost touch with reality. I also will agree they will keep NdPr near 1.3Kt / Q but if part of the lower grade is lower % of Ndpr you do not think processing all the extra ore will have an impact on COP?.
I understand my comments perfectly. The issue is you obviously do not. The Mt Weld ore being fed into the concentrator is a blend of lower grade Li ore and high grade CZ ore. More importantly, the amount of ore the Mt Weld concentrator is processing DOES NOT INCREASE! Simply put, the ore blend is tailored to suit the concentrator recovery rates to ensure a consistent output and consistent feedstock for the LAMP. Higher concentrator recovery rates means an increase in the amount of low grade Li ore can be blended.

The Mt Weld concentrator continued to operate for a single campaign per month (average 24 days) treating a blend of CZ (Central Zone) and the lower grade Li (Limonite) ore. The treatment of a variety of types of stockpiled Li ore since September 2014 has enabled the second mining campaign to be deferred into early 2017. During the quarter, the amount of Li ore in the feed blend was increased to 31%.

Again your comments could not be more further from the truth, is a complete misrepresentation of the facts and is simply a load of BS!

You are correct the capacity is there. Why do you then say that increasing the use of that capacity is cost free? If they ran x hours to process the good stuff and then run 1.5X to processed the poor stuff to same level how can that not add cost? Please explain. I totally agree they have capacity Please explain how using more of the capacity will not have C0P impact. Look at C&L. The kilns are overdesigned by more than 100% They can probably process ore that started out as 2% REO. If they used all 4. To do that they have to run Longer, use more Acid, Use more Heat. You are correct on capacity, you are wrong if you think using that capacity has no impact on COP. If you are correct why would any one even care if a mine had 2% or 10% REO? 2% or 10% ND as a percent of REE?"
Your inability to understand/interpret basic information is why all your comments are complete and utter BS! I don't believe your that simple. You are posting BS just to get a response. It is sad really and you need help. I will no longer be responding because I feel you are dragging me down to your level. After today you go on ignore.
