@Jezzamus @Scott80 - have you considered that this clown is really a figment of the imagination of those who regularly respond to him created and devised by them to give them a platform to show off their in depth insight into this terribly complicated industry? Nobody could possibly be so wrong so often and nobody who seriously knew what they were talking about could possibly have the patience to continue the dialogue with someone who's just not listening for years on end. It stands to reason they are one and the same.Yes, best every single holder puts the time waster on ignore, as I did long ago, but I hope he is just so sad he carries on posting anyway, because the amount we all learn from the informed responses is immeasurable.
