For the last few years i have been putting 300ml of acetone in each tank of petrol I get more power and about 30% increase in mpg, works best with no ethanol fuel. acetone reduces surface tension of fuel and vapourises better. ethanol as well as being net negative as an energy source also increases the surface tension of fuel and lowers mileage.
