    I am more than happy to live by the rule. I believe that was part of my signing up with HC. It does IMo have room for others interpretation (probably ongoing for a long while). I am not sure I've read a ruling on the rule. Could imagine a whole new thread on the subject, if there hasn't been one before.
    All in IMo.

    Eg. Am I a shareholder when the trade has been made or when it is settled?
