Since you ask, spit! And I will try and keep it simple for you.
You are right that the price today is around 8c and you can argue that the market is always right.
Notwithstanding, it isn't hard to put forward a coherent argument, (something that you have difficulty doing), as to why FAR should be well north, as I described it, of 8c.
The simplest is that CNE quote an NPV of $US6.50 per barrel at $US50 oil for SNE, and an NPV of $US12.50 per barrel at $US70 oil. Note that Brent oil is currently $US 54 per barrel.
Plug in those numbers and you will arrive at a number north of 8c.
Then add in the cash, exploration upside, etc,etc and you will arrive at a number well north of 8c.
Another even simpler argument is that soph's have just stumped up 80m @8c presumably not because they think that it will be worth less in a years time.
I can't believe all the "sour grapes" on this forum atm.
