All to do with the shares on issue Bangpo..... not sure how many CannGroup are listing with so just multiply the shares on issue by the $0.30 and you'll get your market cap on listing. Just make sure you take into account the restricted shares also - most people seem to miss those and just go with the mktcap on IRESS or whatever trading platform they use which is usually only the "quoted shares on issue".
